Itinerary
Day 1: Delhi to Mandawa
On arrival in Delhi, be transferred to Mandawa. Overnight at Hotel Castle Mandawa.
Day 2: Mandawa to Bikaner
After breakfast take part in a tour of the historic Mandawa town, here you have the chance to discover the history of the town through old houses and the Haveli’s. Later this afternoon, drive to Bikaner before continuing on to visit the intriguing Junagarh Fort. Overnight at Narendra Bhawan. (B)
Day 3: Bikaner to Jaisalmer
Today, venture to Jaisalmer from Bikaner. Along the way take in the sights this mafnificent journey has to offer. This afternoon is free at leisure. Stay the next two nights at Hotel Rawalkot (B).
Day 4: Jaisalmer
Experience the breathtaking Jaisalmer whilst touring the Jaisalmer Fort. It is one of the largest forts in the world. Enjoy a camel ride along the Golden Sand Dunes and witness the spectacular sunset behind the Golden desert. (B)
Day 5: Jaisalmer to Manvar
This morning, enjoy a scenic drive to Manvar. Later this evening venture out on a camel safari through the rugged Thar Desert. Overnight at Manvar Desert Camp. (BLD)
Day 6: Manvar to Jodhpur
After breakfast, enjoy a Jeep safari to explore the nearby villages. The journey into the desertisanopportunitytoexperience village life at close quarters. Later drive to Jodhpur, upon arrival visit Mehrangarh Fort. The fort overlooks the rugged and rocky terrain of Jodhpur. Overnight at Radisson Jodhpur. (B)
Day 7: Jodhpur to Rohetgarh
Experience an interesting walk to explore the hidden heritage of the Medieval Jodhpur. This beautiful walk takes you into the heart of Jodhpur to discover the lesser known treasures of this enchanting city. After the visit, drive to Rohetgarh. This evening, join a jeep safari to the Bishnoi Villages. Overnight at Rohetgarh Fort. (B)
Day 8: Rohetgarh to Udaipur
Sit back and relax as you enjoy the scenic drive to Udaipur. En route visit a quiet and picturesque valley that runs into the western slopes of the Aravalli hills where you will find a remarkable complex of Jain temples at Ranakpur. Stay the next two nights at Fateh Niwas. (B)
Day 9: Udaipur
After a leisurely breakfast, visit the City Palace built on the bank of Pichola Lake. The impressive complex of several palaces is a blend of Rajput and Mughal influences. Later, board a traditional boat and enjoy a ride along shimmering waters of Lake Pichola. Later this evening, immerse yourself in a folk dance performance at Bagore ki Haveli and dinner at Karohi Ki Haveli. (BD)
Day 10: Udaipur
Enjoy breakfast before being transferred to the airport for your onward flight. (B)
