Update to Terms & Conditions

We have temporarily amended our refund policy in order to better serve our guests and partners during this unprecedented global crisis. 

Guests who cancelled bookings in 2020 due to COVID-19 may choose to receive either a refund or a credit for future travel.  Due to reduced staff during this time, refunds may take up to 6 months to process.
